Applications for Board Members
The Alabama Rural Coalition for the Homeless (ARCH) will accept applications for individuals interested in serving as Board members during November. However, due to the continuous need for board members with extensive expertise in all areas, the Alabama Balance of State can send the notice multiple times throughout the year and the Board or Executive Director can appoint members based on vacancies or need.
We invite qualified professionals and persons with lived experience who are passionate about addressing homelessness and committed to making a positive impact in our community to apply.
As a board member, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise, knowledge, and leadership to the important work of the Continuum of Care. By joining our Board, you will play a crucial role in shaping the policies and strategies that guide our efforts to end homelessness in the rural areas of Alabama.
To apply, please complete the Board Member Interest Form by visiting https://www.statcrunch.com/s/40320 . You can also find this information on the ARCH website at www.archconnection.org.
We highly value the diversity and inclusivity of our Board and encourage individuals from various professional backgrounds, including but not limited to housing, social services, policy advocacy, and finance. Experience in working with homeless populations or related fields is also beneficial.
We appreciate your interest in serving on the ARCH Board and look forward to reviewing your application. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness in our community.
