Technical Assistance Request
ARCH experienced a significant increase in TA requests, particularly relating to policy questions and in-depth program assistance. We appreciate your engagement and trust in ARCH as a valuable resource for guidance and support.
We have implemented a new system for handling TA requests to enhance our capacity to respond effectively and efficiently to the growing demand. Effective June 30, 2023, we request that all TA requests be directed to the Ask A Question (AAQ) ARCH Connection Portal.
The AAQ ARCH Connection Portal has been specifically designed to provide one-of-a-kind technical assistance tailored to support communities in complying with rapidly evolving program laws and facilitating the adoption and implementation of compliant Housing Elements. We aim to streamline and expedite our responses to your inquiries by centralizing the TA request process through this portal. We understand the importance of timely support to help you navigate the complexities of program requirements and best practices.
Please note that questions sent via text or quick phone calls to our staff members will not be answered moving forward. We request your cooperation in utilizing the AAQ ARCH Connection Portal for all TA requests to ensure a consistent and efficient process.
