Coordinated Entry: Rural Alabama Housing Link

The Coordinated Entry system is crafted to swiftly identify, evaluate, recommend, and link individuals in urgent need to housing, shelter, and assistance. Rural communities across Alabama host more than 37 agencies actively engaged in this process. Spearheading the Coordinated Entry initiative is the Alabama Rural Coalition for the Homeless, overseeing its strategic planning and daily operations.

This system-wide approach of Coordinated Entry aims to comprehensively assess all individuals facing housing crises, ensuring their needs are promptly identified, prioritized, and matched with suitable housing and support services.
